Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (food and imported snacks), we do not accept returns on opened or consumed items.

We offer a 30-day window to report any issues with your order.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@venusvending.com with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

- Opened or consumed food items

- Perishable goods (snacks, drinks, etc.)

- Sale items

- Gift cards


Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)

Unopened items in their original condition may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, depending on the situation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
